My mum is really a genius cz u cant believe she combined chinese and western food together and destroyed my lunch....T.T i was told by her this morning where she asked me to give her my pasta.well...she told me that she wana replace this chinese crusine `soup lou shu fun` into `soup pasta` ....i was...=.=" getting sweat with such combination when i know that she tend to cook this `ching tong pasta` by using the high pressure thermos pot...=.=" what can i imegine is really out of my expectation....
15 minutes after...
the automatick high pressure stopped...
one hour later....
She started come in to the kitchen and take a look...
`u see smells very nice`she said. `sure that is nice because u put so many ingredients(pork rib,fish balls,meat balls,veggy fish balls,hot dog,and watever fish balls.....and bak choy).She then started to taste....
`omg...why YOUR pasta taste so badly?`she said.

why is MINE pasta?!so i went and have a try....
i started with the soup---Whow...its really nice. natural sweet and the garlic oil works very well
next...the PASTA...----it is....yak....obviously its overcooked...i cant even chew the pasta...everthings just swallow with the soup...yak...the texture...omg...
So my comment on this dish is---The taste is ok when u just taste the soup but the texture of pasta......errrrrr.......it will become very well if it exchange with `lou shu fun` perhaps also not by using the electric high pressure thermos pot.....T.T She wasted my pasta which cost me RM4.30~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
